We purchased Accoyo's Goldsmith in the Fall of 2001, just one year after beginning our alpaca business. We didn't know at the time but he would become the cornerstone of our breeding program here at Hiben Hollow. He is our signature herd sire.

Accoyo's Goldsmith is a rare medium fawn full Accoyo male. His uniform fleece is very crimpy and dense with excellent hand and great coverage from his nose to his toes (his legs actually have well-defined ringlets). He has a beautiful, typey head with the "perfect" top knot. His conformation and bite are flawless. He has a mild and gentle temperament and is very easy to handle.
